Founded in 1737, the University of Göttingen (UGOE) is an internationally renowned research university with a strong commitment to research-based teaching. It offers a broad academic portfolio across 13 faculties, with particular strengths in the humanities and excellent facilities in the natural sciences. As a central partner of the Göttingen Campus, UGOE collaborates closely with leading research institutions in the city.
